We recently had a fantastic stay with a great view of the Whakarewarewa Maori thermal village right from our room, and the hotel's location made it super easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Te Whakarewarewa Geothermal Valley just 500 meters away. it's perfect for anyone who loves walking through the city and appreciating local culture.

Overall, the heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the dusty ceilings and moldy carpet, and the breakfast was disappointing given the price. A mixed experience, but worth a visit for families.

The room was cozy and had a nice view of the surroundings, definitely exceeded my expectations. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which made for a good night's sleep. The adjustable reading lights were a cool touch too. Just a little downside was the shower had low water pressure. not the greatest for a quick rinse. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay!

Loved the spacious room with toiletries galore and a comfy bed! The pool and hot tubs were calling my name, but I just ran out of time to dive in. Great location near a fascinating geothermal site!
The fire alarm practice scared the bejeebers out of me with zero warning! And finding a parking spot felt like winning the lottery – if only I'd bought a ticket!

Comfortable stay with fantastic staff
I had a wonderful experience here with my family. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with my three active children. The spacious room was a delight, and the location was perfect, making it easy to explore local attractions. One area for improvement would be to have more robust shower curtains to avoid water pooling in the bathroom.
