We recently had a fantastic stay with a great view of the Whakarewarewa Maori thermal village right from our room, and the hotel's location made it super easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Te Whakarewarewa Geothermal Valley just 500 meters away. it's perfect for anyone who loves walking through the city and appreciating local culture.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the superb heated outdoor pool that felt like a spa, the adjustable reading lights in our comfy beds, and the fun game room that kept our child entertained while we waited for dinner.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the powerful shower and the comfy bed in our room. The outdoor swimming pool and heated pool were perfect spots for relaxing. Only downside was finding a few old tickets under the bed, but housekeeping quickly took care of any concerns. 😊

I had a wonderful experience here with my family. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with my three active children. The spacious room was a delight, and the location was perfect, making it easy to explore local attractions. One area for improvement would be to have more robust shower curtains to avoid water pooling in the bathroom.
